Garden Visor

I purchased the Natural and Tweed, M/L, since I have a big head and most "regular" hat sizes are painfully tight for me. I am so happy with the process of ordering, email updates, shipping updates, and delivery. I also LOVE these visors! So beautifully elegant and feminine. I also got several compliments from strangers. The back is a bow shape with Velcro. I'll see how it holds up over time. My go-to hats with intense Central Texas summers!

So comfy, can wear for hours with no headache. Great coverage and super cute!

Really like this garden visor but maybe should have gotten the s/m size however that size was sold out.

Nice, well made hat but would be better if the big bow in the back could be removed.

I really like the extra wide brim, which gives the face great coverage. However, the Velcro did not hold very well I had to take a needle & thread  & tack it on at the bow.

Although the visor is quite attractive, it does not hold in place when there is wind. It simply blows. I was riding my bike and it fell from my head twice. Not good.

Protection from the sun in Florida is important! I wear this visor all the time. I can drive with it, shop with it because it’s the perfect size.

Love it. Comfortable, breathable, and stylish. Is feminine-looking and offers good coverage without being too dorky. ;) I wear hats all day most days, and swap between caps, full brim western hats. This one has quickly displaced many of my other go-to hats! Only complaint is I'm not a big fan of velcro closures. The velcro does work well, but I'd always rather a strap with slide buckle for an adjustable hat.

I did not receive either of these hats on my order. I reach out to customer service but they said they were not responsible for the lost hats and it was carriers fault. Sunday Afternoon did not help in any way or offer any solution.

I have had this visor for years. It is my lucky fishing hat and it is a trouper! it stands up to a brisk wind, is comfortable, and does the job of shielding your face from the sun.

Nice visor but too clunky with the bow over the velcro. Velcro doesn't stick well because of it.

Comfortable fit and outstanding sun protection and coverage

I purchased this for gardening, moving pasture, and swimming. I have been searching for a hat in this style for a long time. Things I love about this hat are the quality (so far the brim has stayed nice and firm), comfort, portability (rolls up for tucking into a beach bag), and ventilation (I love that the top of my head breathes and that I can wear a top-knot bun). My big complaint is that the velcro attachment is shaped like a bow (a purely aesthetic detail I don't love, but whatever), and as such the middle of the attachment is pinched in, which greatly reduces the available area of velcro for attaching. I have to pay close attention when attaching it and even so, at times it doesn't stick well and I have to fiddle with it several times. I need the hat to fit snugly so it stays on my head in light breezes or when moving around the garden or sheep, but it seems this puts stress on the tiny amount of velcro and it often comes undone. This is disappointing given the price and had I realized this when trying it on, I would have returned it. If a new version of the hat comes out with a better and more secure attachment, it would be the most ideal straw visor!

Great visor, good coverage, sturdy. I have one other large brim visor that only lasted me a few months, this one is sure to last a long time! Very comfortable fit.

Really easy to wear. Works wonderfully, keeping my face shielded from the sun while I garden on my small balcony. Also wore while walking around and it was very comfortable! Love that I can have my hair up and use it as well. I may sew some snap closures in, as the Velcro looks like it may not last forever. It is easy to leave it closed and slide back on my head, so I may just leave it in the one size to reduce wear and tear on the Velcro. Overall very pleased! Love that I can also roll it to put in my swim or bike bag.

I have and love the tradewinds hat but wanted a version that could travel a little better. It rolls up but the wrap to hold it rolled tight works, but not great. I’m also not a huge fan of how the Velcro works but once I get it on just right it is snug and I don’t have any issues. I would definitely recommend it. I like that it is open on the top of your head for a ponytail and to keep you cool.

This is a a great visor made of high quality materials and the style is great, but there is a bow in the back that interferes with the velcro enclosure. It takes a bit of adjusting to get it on. Also M/L is too big on me. Make sure you measure your head and order the right size.

Beautiful hat! I have 3 now. The M/L fits but the "One Size" fits better. But they are still awesome!

This visor is perfect for me. It's the 2nd one I've had. It shades from the sun, has velcro in the back for adjusting and it is a very neutral color. I wear it every day for walking.

The hat is great for beach days, hikes and working in the yard! I love that it's adjustable and easily pack-able.

I love this hat! It has the right amount of brim to cover my face and part if my chest while still being able to see. Being able to roll it up and out it in my purse is helpful too. It's comfortable and I like that I can adjust the tightness for a windy day. The only thing that's sometimes hard is the velcro is kind of set into the bow so you have to kind if push hard to get it to connect. I'm pretty sure that will loosen with time though so I'm not worried about it.

Very flattering visor that keeps sun out of eyes and off the face. I have worn with hiking and paddleboarding and it stays put. Only thing I'm not crazy about is the velcro closure, I feel like this may lose its "stick" after time.

LOVE IT! I have 3 different colors and I'm obsessed! I also got one for my mom. Perfect or the pool, a beach day or a hike!

visor give great coverage, keeps it's shape when packed and unpacked, and has a strong closure. also has a small elastic loop making it easy to hang for storage

love this hat - I lost my last year (fell into a creek) and could not find another until I found an old photo where I could see the label inside the hat. looked up Sunday Afternoons and there it was my favorite hat! now I have two, thanks for making a great hat.

Bought in Mexico a few years back... wearing ever since and now ordering more colors... Looooove the coverage adjustability and style!!!

I love the way this visor protects my face and ears from the sun and still be comfortable to garden and/or golf in. My golfing partners love my new visor and they wanted to know all about it. I have had the visor a couple of months now and have not found any reason to dislike this visor! It is so comfortable and yet does a fabulous job. So glad I found this visor.
