Need to return a recent purchase? We gladly accept returns within 90 days of the original purchase date. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

Upon receipt and processing of the return, $6.99 will be deducted from your final refund. Please allow 5 to 7 days for processing once the package has arrived at our warehouse.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 90 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact
  • Your item must be purchased directly from Sunday Afternoons for us to process a return. If you made your purchase through a third-party retailer, please reach out to them directly for all order return inquiries and requests.

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Masks
  • Gaiters
  • Items purchased more than 90 days ago
  • Items purchased from a third-party retailer

The item I received is damaged?

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We do not accept exchanges from our portal. You can return your purchase and reach out to our Customer Loyalty team at 888-874-2642 or [email protected] and we can help you place a new order.

What are the refund options?

You will be refunded to the original payment method.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Upon receipt and processing of the return, $6.99 will be deducted from your final refund. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing once the package has arrived at our warehouse. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. Your refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
