Upon receipt and processing of the return, $4.99 will be deducted from your final refund. Please allow 5 to 7 days for processing once the package has arrived at our warehouse.

You will be refunded to the original payment method.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing once the package has arrived at our warehouse. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
