RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Need to return or exchange that hat? No problem! We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges within 90 days of the original purchase date. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying shipping and handling costs.
To make a return or exchange:
- Products must be in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached or included.
- PLEASE DO NOT FOLD OR CREASE HAT BRIMS.
- Return product in the same box or one of similar size. Please do not try to ship a hat in an envelope.
- Complete the return form that was included in your original shipment. If it’s not handy, you may print another one.
- For repairs, please print and complete the repair form, which can be found here.
- Include the last four digits of the credit card you used for your Sunday Afternoons purchase and indicate whether you would like a refund, exchange, or repair.
