Infant SunSprout Hat

This is the FOUTH hat I’ve bought for my grandchildren! Superior quality, but most importantly, they are so lightweight, the boys don’t ever fuss about wearing them!

Awesome hat. Fits our 5 month old perfectly. Super lightweight yet sturdy. I don’t love the under chin strap. It’s very thin and in an awkward position. Other than that I’d give five stars.

We purchased this hat for our daughter and loved it so much! Of course when we had our son, we had to buy his own too. My almost 4 year old still wears her hats and they offer the best sun protection. They are light weight, easy to clean and stylish to boot. Plus they cover the back of the neck. We will continue to purchase until our babes won't wear anymore!

We bought this hat for our 6 month old daughter. Everything about it is awesome. It’s durable, flexible and blocks the sun from her eyes and face completely!!!

Fits a 4 month old with a larger than average head, but I had to shorten the chin strap a little. He keeps it on just fine. The brim is just the right width to keep sun off his face and neck but not block his line of vision.

This hat is adorable and practical. It’s so lightweight that my 10MO will often forget she’s even wearing it - which is perfect!

It looked like a good hat for my son. I ordered this the other week, and USPS delivered it to the wrong address. I reached out to both Sunday Afternoons and USPS and was told by Sunday Afternoons that once the package is shipped and marked as delivered, it was out of their hands. As for USPS, I was told an attempt to retrieve the package would be made, but I received an email yesterday stating that the attempt failed and I should contact Sunday Afternoons. Apparently, neither entity wants to take responsibility and is playing a game of back and forth.

I have a Sunday Afternoons hat that I bought at REI, and I love it! I would beware of buying from them directly! Not great customer service! I probably won't be buying from them again.

The hat is perfect for my little one. It has a nice Velcro strap for under the chin or too use for hooking onto my bag or wrap. Brim is wide enough to cover the whole face and shoulders.

Bought two of these sun hats for my 6 week old to protect her from the sun on our daily walks! They are a nice lightweight material and nice and soft, and the colors are beautiful in person. My only complaint is they are a still a bit big on her despite the sizing being “0-6 months”.

The hat is made well, fits well, and is cute -everything that I wanted and expected. I recommend it.

Great fit for an infant. Material can be folded for easy packing. Flaps have good coverage for face and ears.

Sweet sun hat I bought on Black Friday sale because they were 50% off. My baby won’t be wearing it for probably at least a year, judging by the fit of the 0-6month hat!

Sweet sun hat for my baby! She had a small head, and it’s quite big on her even at 3 months. I suspect it won’t begin to fit properly until she’s much older - maybe 6 months? Right now, even with the chin strap, a good gust of wind would send it right off her head.

Nice material, easy to wash. Keeps baby hair well protected from the elements.

Would recommend. Stays on in a variety of situations. Colors could be improved to stand up to the coolness of other brands. But function over form in this case.

Love this hat. My son is soooooo cute in it, and he definitely is so happy to have the sun out of his eyes finally!

Purchased for my 9 month old grandson. Size 6 -12 months fits well. The brim has enough substance to shield his face but is not too stiff if he falls asleep on your shoulder. Light enough that it is comfortable for him and he doesn't pull it off.

Crazy enough, my 10 month old actually let me put this hat on and kept it on! It's nice and light and provides great sun protection for outside and water activities.

This review is for their poor customer service. I ordered 2 different hats and they sent 2 of the same hat. They did refund my money for the duplicate hat, however they refused to waive the shipping charges if I ordered the hat again. This meant I would have to pay additional shipping charges to get the items I originally ordered. Terrible policy. For $6.95, they’ve lost a good customer. It also makes me question whether or not they really stand behind their lifetime guarantee.
