Eclipse Cap

I love the light purple color that I bought. I have been happy with my other hats from Sunday Afternoons. Unfortunately, It shows my sweat. Also the inner seam along my forehead presses into my forehead and leaves an indentation. I have tried adjusting the tightness, but then it is too loose to stay on my head.

As I stated in a previous comment the is some material sticking out behind the brim making the hat uncomfortable. I made the hat to be a bigger size Except when there is a breeze it works ok

I love it and wear it or one of my other four colors daily.

Love the matching binding! If you find caps too hot or uncomfortable, this is the cap for you. Fits easily in your pants pocket. Wash machine friendly. Will last for many years if you don’t misplace it somewhere.

Fits great, ponytail and all, and I'm thrilled with how easy it is to hand wash. Dries fast and I couldn't be happier.....well, maybe I need another color, too!

A must have

This is the only hat that I literally have in every single color. I love it that much! It's light and airy, but still keeps me protected from the sun. Just wish they would make it in even more colors, like maybe pink and yellow.

Perfect running hat!

Returning customer. I originally purchased an Eclipse in 2009. I'm here to replace my favorite head apparel after more than 15 years of excellent service. There wasn't a day that I didn't get interest or a compliment.

Nice hat, but velcro adjustment band in back catches on collars of clothing and damages it. I had to stop wearing the hat because of this. The ventilation flaps on top are too prominent and look like wings

Pros: Fits well, nice color, comfortable and cool.
Cons: Velcro adjuster in back attaches to and damages any soft collar (sweater, coat, etc) Because of this I stopped wearing this hat.

Had a spot just above the bill, like a water spot that didn’t wash out. Also fit was a larger than expected. Love the light weight and the fabric. Also really like the back closure.

Cool feature is the vents for sunglasses. Materials are really nice and they do hold up.

I purchased this cap many years ago for its sun protection and convenience. I liked the profile of it and how it fit and how comfortable it was. It is beginning to fall apart after all these years so I bought two new ones. They are slightly different, with a taller profile than the older type (same name and model) but they have better sun protection as they are newer. I'm glad they're still made. My only disappointment is the profile is taller and not as attractive.

This is the second hat in this style that I have purchased. The first one I’ve worn for hiking, water aerobics, walking and general use. The fit is adjustable and air vents help in hot tropical weather. The material is lightweight and easy to clean plus the cap bill is foldable which is great for travel. I have received many compliments also. I have these hats in white and blue. Bought a second one as a backup while traveling. Highly recommend this hat, a favorite! Ian also happy with the quality and service from Sunday Afternoons brand.

The air flaps look silly and are not very functional .

I have all 3 colors. LOVE THIS HAT. It's perfectly breathable, lightweight, Never feels hot. Wicks away sweat, easy to clean and the foldable bill allows you to stow it anywhere. Only wish they made more colors. Fuchsia would be great!!

The hat was exactly as described and fit well. The fabric was a little thicker than I expected but necessary to protect from the sun.

I love this hat so much I bought 3 this time. It is packable, comfortable, easy to care for and fits really well. Once it gets too stained, I use them as gardening hats.

II have purchased several of this hat. Vented and foldable, 2 sizes and dark under the brim.

Love that it folds easily for traveling or tucking in a pocket/purse. My 2nd hat (lost the first one)
