Here in rainy Oregon the Cloudburst Hat is a staff favorite! This versatile waterproof rain hat offers exceptional coverage from rain, light showers and hard downpours - and, its fully sun protective. 3.75" front brim and 6" rear veil keeps rain outside of your collar while the interior wicking liner aids in evaporation, cooling and breathability.
This is NOT pink. The pictures should show truer color.
A woman I work with recommended SA's hats. I bought a friend and myself this hat. I use at work when working in a downpour (often) and when feeding horses. Mine is sized large enough to wear a stocking cap under if I need warmth in the winter or just stand alone in warmer rains. Love the hat, umbrella's are not an option in my part of the Pacific Northwest-Western Washington here. No water on my glasses, no rain down my neck.
I own two of these hats and use them interchangably for golf in the islands. The trade winds are strong here in the middle of the Pacific and the combination of the chin strap and the head band adjuster, I am able to keep this wide brimmed hat comfortably snug in the sun, wind, and rain. Mostly sun and wind though. Lots of rainbows here from the quick passing showers. I am reordering 3 more since I lost one of my hats and the second one is still in use but getting a tad salty. Still lots of use left in it. I won't throw it away, EVER! :)
The Oregon Cloudburst Rain Hat is an excellent lightweight waterproof and warm, comfortable rain hat. Even though this rain hat can be used for sun protection. I will not use the hat for sun protection because it can be an uncomfortably warm hat because no air flow inside this hat.
I love, love, love my Oregon Cloudburst Rain Hat! There was an absolute downpour here, and it kept me dry! It performs exactly as you said it would. Thank you for the integrity of your company!
