Nice color + pattern on fabric-true to size. Has elastic and is slightly stretchy, so if one loses or gains a few lbs.-not problem. It is a little clingy, but I think will be OK. I would buy it again.

Your Review Comments Actually works to block UV. I wear the black ones (they are thin) under my other skirts as a sun protective slip. I also wear a small and a medium together to add fullness.
