I agree with other reviews that the extra wide brim on this hat does tend to catch the breeze. But it is very comfortable and I enjoy it very much. My only "complaint" is that the color of the "aqua" (at least on my computer) is not terribly accurate. It appears to be a Wedgwood-type blue. It isn't. I own clothing in just about every shade of blue and periwinkle, but have yet to find something that actually matches! It clashes terribly with the outfit I bought it for. It does look nice with navy, denim, tan, and other colors. Just don't try to match the blue.

I use this hat for strolling around town. It is not very wind-resistant so not recommended for sporty activities. It is cute if a little conservative-looking. I am somewhat nervous about the loose weave of this hat's material and how much sun/light gets through, but Sunday Afternoons assures me it still provides UPF 50+. I do not see how that is possible, so I wear this hat less than I would if there were no light showing through it.

Perfect for sunny activities! It even gave my shoulders some shade.
