I have not tried this on, but I went to buy it at the store, and it is a bright green. The name, "sweet pea" is much more descriptive than the photo. Someone expecting more of a khaki is going to be angry to receive more of a chartreuse.

I love wearing this skirt to the office for a full day at work and then out on the town for dinner with friends. The material is light weight. This skirt is a nice comprise for me to be able to wear UV protective clothing but still feel stylish and summery.
