Women's Derma Safe Hat

I recently purchased the Derma Safe Hat because I have solar sensitivity to an unusual degree. I wear it whenever I am outside. I was uncertain about buying this hat because I was afraid that, in a word, it would look weird. I was pleasantly surprised when first put it on. I can even weave a scarf around it for dress. The first time I wore it, a woman approached me in a restaurant and urgently inquired where I had found this hat. I gave her the information and recommended it highly. Seems her brother is a farmer. Other people have complemented me on this hat, and best of all I feel really protected.

TO WORK IN THE YARD, FOR WALKS, I LIKE THE LOOK AND STYLE, I WISH IT CAME IN LAVENDER OR PURPLE.

The wide brim offers the best protection! I was having trouble with my lips getting too much sun, but this hat protects them from the elements. I wear it daily! The hat is light and the breeze blows through it---LOVE IT!!!!!

I got to know your products from one of my student’s hats and thank God for that. I have very sensitive skin (the face, particularly) and even with a regular hat, I get a terrible sunburn. We don’t get much sun here in Vancouver, Canada but still my skin gets burned easily. My dermatologist advised me to avoid the sun and I didn’t like the idea because I love the outdoors. This is my 'go to' outdoor hat. I am an avid gardener and find myself in the sun throughout the day, first in Arizona and now in coastal Louisiana. This hat takes it all and keeps me working. My husband continually tries to take it, so I'm buying him one of his own. This is a definite winner!
