I love this hat. The wide brim protects you from the harmful rays of the sun. The neck string keeps gusts of wind from blowing it off your head. It is very stylish. The air vents allows the air to flow across your head, keeping you cool. The neck string was a little too forward for my liking. So I tacked it one inch farther back. Minor adjustment that made a big difference. I couldn't find a hat with as many positives as this one!

LOVE this hat! I mostly wear it at the beach for hours on end. It is not too hot, and it is very light weight so it is extremely comfortable. The brim stays straight even if it gets soaking wet! The chin strap holds it on no matter how strong the ocean breeze is. If it were to come off (which it never has) it floats so I don't have to worry about loosing it in the surf. I have loved this hat so much that I have turned half of my family and my husband's family onto Sunday afternoons! Their products are so far superior to Columbia, which is who my family used to use. Not any more! The first summer before they got their Sunday Afternoons they were so jealous of mine! There is nothing I don't love about this hat!

I love this hat for many reasons and have purchased additional ones as gifts for family members and friends because I think so highly of it.
It offers the most protection from the sun with the 5 inch brim as well as comfort, style and being lightweight. It doesn't feel like you have a hat on and I don't get hat hair like I do with other hats. I take it everywhere since it packs so well. I only wish it came in more colors...maybe soon ?

I no longer go outside without a hat & wear this one while working in the garden & walks/sun protection. The large size fits my large head very comfortably (I'm not a one size fits all). Love the large brim & the shaping wire which prevents the brim from flapping in the wind, sizing cord, & chinstrap; however, can't wear the hat while driving because of the large brim/shaping wire. Easily remedied though - take it off in the car & back on once out of the car.

I use this hat all the time here in Florida. It makes such a big difference. I like the fit very much and the wide brim covers up perfectly. No way I could do any gardening without it. I recommend it. Lightweight and pretty. Love the green/blue combination.

I needed a hat to use when attending all day outdoor events. With very fair skin it doesn't matter how much sunscreen I use I still get red. This hat is great for keeping the sun off my face and neck.

I really like how lightweight the top part of the hat is. I also like the ability to size the hat and the venting. This is a great hat if you are looking for comfort and good coverage.

Love the hat, but didn't realizing each hat had its own sizing chart; this one is definitely a small, even though sized as medium. I am unsure why they don't use one sizing chart for all the hats; very confusing.

I live in my blue one, am ordering the yellow... but I wish there was a large selection of colors - I'd buy them all! The wide brim is key, the straps are great.

I own several sun protective hats and this one is the first item in my suitcase whenever I travel - great hiking or at the beach. It keeps its shape on windy days and keeps the sun off my face and neck consistently. Love this hat!!

I use this hat all the time when I'm outside, hiking, walking, or working (I do home care). I can slip it down my back in the car and just put it back on when I get out of the car. It goes everywhere with me.

Love this hat,, when hiking in brush you can slip hat between your back and backpack, works great at keeping the sun off
