Women's Beach Hat

This is a really cute hat, I love the style. And NO sun gets through this brim! The head part was a little large for me, and the fabric got puckered where my head didn't fill it out. But it isn't so noticeable that it is a deal breaker. The tie in the back allows you to tighten it so it doesn't blow off. The only issue I foresee with this hat is that the ribbon fabric so dense that it probably won't breathe very much. But as long as you are not hiking around and sweating, it should do the job very nicely!

I wear this hat on walks, at the pool & general exposure to the sun. I like the protection it gives me. I would like for it to hold the shape I prefer better.

I don't normally look great in hats, but this one looks AMAZING! I will wear it when we vacation next month.

As for now I CAN provide the following DETAILS:
1. FIT: True to size!
2. QUALITY: Well made, durable fabric.
3. It is very ATTRACTIVE. The brim looks wide enough to provide protection, but not so wide that it is hideous.
4. PACKABLE!!

The only negative I have is:
Most companies offer free shipping or a $$ OFF coupon. The ONLY FREE SHIP is for over $75 and I'm not happy with that.

So far I'm loving the hat. The only reason I didn't give it the highest rating on "Function" & "Comfort" is because I haven't used it yet - but I think it will be great :)

Comfortable and stylish - the accent ribbon makes it easy to adjust to my head size. The wide brim gives excellent protection from the sun. Looks great even after being packed.

I own several Sunday Afternoon hats but wanted one that was RED that could travel well. The color is beautiful and shockingly sexy (I usually purchase blacks and beiges), fits well, does not fly right off my head during a moderate wind and most important for my needs, can be scrunched in my suitcase or bag and gets back into shape very quickly. I like the fabric which is bendable so that you can shape the brim however it suits to frame your face.

I bought the hat in red (in Mexico City), lost it and bought it again. It is so stylish and makes me feel sexy. I just purchased a black one as well. I travel a lot and it goes easily into a small suitcase.

I bought this hat for a cruise in December and it just arrived. It is perfect in looks and quality. This is my first time purchasing a hat online and it won't be the last. Sunday Afternoons, great service!

Love this hat - got it in my favorite color so I can wear it to Red Hat Society events. It's great because the brim can be adjusted and it's crushable so it packs easily and is easy to reshape. Also love the broad brim and sun protection rating. Wound up buying the hat to give to several friends as well.

I wear this hat to the beach all the time. It is adjustable and very comfortable, well worth the cost. It covers my face, neck, and chest well with the large brim. The only thing I don't like is that the hat is very stiff. That makes it adjustable, but if you run into something it doesn't flex at all. I probably wouldn't want so much wiring in the brim itself, but overall I do like the hat. Cute design.

I'm 34 & live in southern California & I have fair skin. This hat is stylish with a slight floppy look and looks great. My only complaint is that the inner band area that rest against the forehead isn't very soft, it's a little too rough on the skin. But, I love the look and sun protection offered by the hat.
