Men's Sun Tripper Cap

One of the best cap style sun hats you can find. I have a few of these in different colors and sizes. Very comfortable and stylish. Wish the sweat marks would not show up as fast, easy to wash though with pre-soak. Hate to order off the internet but S.A. has treated me right. Also own the Boss hat. I wear Sun Tripper year round in Steamboat Springs, Co., for all outdoor activities. Plan on buying more styles, even if I have to order over the internet.

My husband bought this hat several years ago. He wears it working, hiking and for everyday use. It was very worn out and he wanted a new one but couldn't find it in the stores, so I ordered online for him for Christmas. Same color.....just new and NO sweat band around it! Great quality!

love the hat...i actually have 2 of them. it has style, and a really great fit (especially for my big head!). it's tough and packable...
i wear one of them almost every day...casually it has a good look, but it's also great for when i'm out hiking or geocaching.

Great tough hat for all conditions nature throws at me. Down side, material stains easily from perspiration.

This is a sharp-looking but highly functional hat. Gives great protection with uncompromising style/looks. It's my new go-to hat for knock-about time. It's light, has great ventilation, made of high function material and quality construction. Price is great, too. Only wish it came in more colors!

I first found this cap at an REI store and loved it but managed to lose it in Crete. Never thought I would find the company that made it. Finally the REI store had one in stock and so I found this web site. I agree with Joey, I love the simplicity and the fact that it does NOT look like a baseball cap.

I love the simplicity of this cap - it works for all occasions. I've washed mine several times in the washing machine and it keeps coming out looking brand new! The side ventilation panels are a nice feature, and are perfect for holding sunglasses on my head. I gave 4 1/2 stars only because the sizing cord can be a bit bulky at times, otherwise no complaints for a great product.

This is my favorite hat! I got mine at REI and wear it all the time. I really like the ventilation. I have owned other hats that look like this (without ventilation) before, but they always end up getting too hot on my head. This one stayed comfortable on my head during the hottest days of summer. The folding brim is cool too because it allows me to store the hat in my back pocket when not wearing it. I wear this hat almost everyday and I haven't noticed signs of wear. If and when this hat wears out I will be buying another one.

I love the hat. I just wish that the stores that do sell them would have a larger variety of colors, since I prefer not to purchase a hat on the Internet. It is easier to try it on before purchasing it.

My kids have enormous noggins. When we outgrew the largest child's size in our other brand sun hat, I had to find an adult size hat with a brim suitable for the much smaller face of a child. This cap is my 6 year old's favorite sun protective hat because he can still "lean against trees and walls", unlike his other hat that has a full brim all the way around. We've lost and found this hat twice in the past year and a half. The "secret" pocket in the crown brought it home to us once since our phone number is hidden in there. It's been well worth the price.
