Your Review Comments I use the hat for being outside. The hat is very light, and made of durable materials. It's very comfortable. For sizing, I was in between medium and large (22.5 in). I ordered the medium, and it was too tight in the front, and am returning it. I ordered the large, and the fit is perfect. The way it folds is a great feature. I expect it to last a long time.

My husband has had 3 serious skin cancer surgeries on his hand, back of head, and shoulder. He is a firm believer of protection. He has the Eclipse Cap for running & tennis. The folding brim is great! in this respect, it's better than the Sprinter Cap.

But the top fabric is not stretchy and not as soft as the Sprinter Cap. Also, when you open the panels for ventilation, you lose the SPF rating, because the mesh has holes in it. If you have a mostly bare head on top like I do, this is a serious concern.

The best of both worlds, I think, would be to make the Sprinter Cap with a folding brim, and offer more color choices.

I have a tendency to lose caps, especially in restaurants. This cap was purchased prior to an excursion to Washington, DC with students, and served VERY well to keep the sun off my already-wrinkled face as we toured museums and monuments. When indoors, the folding brim permitted me to tuck the cap into a pocket and thus manage to complete a trip without a lost cap. Now, if the cap only came in Blaze Orange and Camo for hunting season!
