How do I Return A Product?

Easy Returns:

Need to make a return or exchange?  No problem. We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date or exchanges within 90 days of the original purchase date.  With Sunday Afternoon’s easy return policy, there are no special exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition as it was when you received it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of skin care products, sunscreens and Sale items.

Directions for making a return or exchange are below:

  1. Products must be in the condition you received them to receive a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached or included.
  2. DO NOT FOLD OR CREASE HAT BRIMS.
  3. Return product in same box, or one of similar size in which it was shipped. DO NOT USE ENVELOPES FOR SHIPPING HATS.
  4. Include the completed return form that was included in your order.  If you cannot find it print a new one here.
  5. Also include the last four digits of the credit card you used to purchase your Sunday Afternoons product and whether you would like your return to be processed for Refund, Exchange, or Repair.
